While the National Institute of Health has set the it&#8217;s recommendations on the lower side, many doctors and researchers believe we need much higher levels of intake for optimal health and prevention of illness.</p>

<p>The current Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for vitamin D is 600 International Units (IU) per day for people between the ages of 14 and 70. For people older than 70 and pregnant women the RDA is slightly higher, while for children under 14 it&#8217;s slightly lower. 600 IU a day has been found to be sufficient to prevent bone related diseases such as rickets and ward off many symptoms of deficiency such as extreme fatigue and depression.</p>
<p>Many doctors and researchers suggest, however, that many symptoms are still present at that level of intake and that higher levels are needed. Studies indicate that people taking in around 600 IU still experience some issues with calcium absorption, fatigue, depression and hormonal regulation, even if the most severe symptoms are mitigated.</p>

I mean the Christmas time is there to party and drinks, snacks, big dinners, fun and festivity are just something that has to be done. <p>This time around though instead of waiting for the weight to come on, I’ve decided to work off all that extra weight as quickly as it was put on and for that I needed an elliptical. I’ve used other machines and most of the time my feet pain while I put them on the pedals as they were hard and difficult to move around. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Hit a plateau in your training and finding yourself unable to put on more muscle mass? Fret not – it happens to all of us. However, rare is the plateau that can&#8217;t be overcome by proper dietary, lifestyle and training measures. While we won&#8217;t go into dietary and lifestyle measures in this article, we<em> will</em> present you with a highly intense form of weight training that can help your body get back into an anabolic state in a very short time, namely The Myo-Genetic Set.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">The Myo-Genetic set was developet by Dr G. Kerry Knowlton, a former pro wrestler and chiropractor. This is highly structured form of <em>strip set </em>that will usually require a training partner or two, and is performed as followed:</p>
<ol>
<li>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Select the appropriate exercise and load up a barbell with a weight that is close to your one-rep maximum.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Perform your first repetition. If you find that the weight you selected is not quite heavy enough, use an extremely strict form and perform the repetition slowly – up to 10 seconds up and 10 seconds down here – <em>very</em> slowly, in other words. If on the other hand you find the weight too heavy, you can make use of a little cheating, but in a controlled manner only.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Have your training partners remove just enough weight to allow for a second repetition. Repeat this procedure after every repetition, without stopping or resting.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Perform eight to ten consecutive single repetitions per set. This is – as you will surely find – such an intense way to train that one or two sets per muscle group will be sufficient, and doing more may land you in trouble and set you up for overtraining or even injury. Also, this form of training applies to <strong><a href="http://www.vikingbodybuilding.com/the-five-absolutely-most-important-exercises-for-bodybuilders/">the big compound lifts</a></strong> only (squats, bench presses, deadlifts etc) and not isolation work like curls or dumbbell lateral raises.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Exercise each muscle group once per week, and stay on this program for no more than six weeks.</p>
</li>
</ol>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Obviously, you should make sure to warm up properly with some isolation work on the muscle group you&#8217;re about to work before commencing the Myo-Genetic Set.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">This is a low volume, high intensity form of weight training. It can work extremely well, but in some cases it might not be the exact thing needed for your particular situation. If that happens to be the case, you might want to experiment with something like <strong><a href="http://www.vikingbodybuilding.com/german-volume-training-explained/">German Volume Training (aka the ten set method)</a></strong>, which – while being a very different form of training – can also help you burst through a plateau and put on appreciable quantities of muscle mass in a short period of time.</p>

Than you need to pick a diet plan, give yourself a week to pick ones that you like and at the end of the week choose the best one. You have to give yourself a deadline because most people struggle with just choosing one for some reason. After you have picked your diet plan you will need to start focusing on your <a href="http://learnfitnesstraining.com" target="_self">fitness training</a> routine. A fitness training routine is just all the exercises put together to create one big workout. Your fitness training routine can even change day to day or week to week. Most people have specific exercises they do on a designated day.</p>
<p>Picking the right exercises for your workouts is really important when your trying to lose weight. You can almost workout the entire upper body using the pull up bar. You can even build your biceps and triceps using the pull up bar.</p>
