Check Out The Smooth CE 8.0LC Elliptical

Well it’s that time of the year again when I just put on weight in buckets. I mean the Christmas time is there to party and drinks, snacks, big dinners, fun and festivity are just something that has to be done. But along with all the fun, I inevitably put on a large amount of weight!

This time around though instead of waiting for the weight to come on, I’ve decided to work off all that extra weight as quickly as it was put on and for that I needed an elliptical. The very first model that I came across was the Smooth CE 8.0LC Elliptical machine and there was a really great Smooth CE 8.0LC Elliptical Review too listed at http://www.fitrated.com. At the time the site was offering a great discount and I just snapped up my model. Hey better late than never right?

The machine was ideal for my use and I’m very happy that I bought it. It is made with high grade stainless steel and a great stride length and wonderful resistance ranges. I’ve used other machines and most of the time my feet pain while I put them on the pedals as they were hard and difficult to move around. But this machine had ergonomically designed pedals which were easy to use and also had an ergonomic pivoting system which reduced stress on the ankles and the knees. Another feature I really liked was the LED display which can be run with a single touch. Frankly, that was a relief as I could see all the hard work I was doing and it was a great way to motivate me to lose more weight. The console was also adjustable so that was really great as I could read it in any position. Although, I’m not that heavy, the literature states that the machine can carry users that weigh as much as 400 pounds. Now that’s a hardy machine too. I
